You'll get: • moodboard for each main space • electrical & plumbing plan (incl. location measurements) • sourcing of all interior materials, furnishings & fixtures with a detailed, pdf clickable shopping list, including pricing & quantities within your budget • 3d renderings of your whole home, including exterior and any landscaping • virtual walk-through • all millwork schedules & elevations ready for manufacturing & install purposes • 2 design revisions * photorealistic renderings available for an additional $1,000 * Lead times are 2 – 4 weeks for first version of whole home design.
